After Chest 3/31

Chest today was intense, the workout was about an hour long from start to finish. Approx 850 calories + 15 minutes of walking up hill on the treadmill. Total burn was approx 1000 calories. I took Myofusion Probiotics after the workout. I just got that protein this week so I will see if it helps with the soreness. I am still learning this whole blog concept but I will try and post every day at least once to update on workouts, soreness. Also on the status of the website creation for my fitness page and DVD's. I am still in the process of naming the website and DVD series but ill keep everyone updated on that too.

Hello New Blog It Is Saturday 3/31

Im starting to blog along the way during my transformation. I figured it would make it that much more interesting if I do. I plan to post some updates for my workout DVD's and Website on here as well. I still have to get that ball rolling a little faster but it will happen eventually. I am excited, I have now been officially lifting for 6 months. At first I have to admit my mindset was a little sluggish, and my workouts were are little slow. I had come off of almost a full 6 month break without entering the gym once.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, I am also currently in the works for a physical therapist aid's job. I will be obtaining that certification within the next 6 months. I am hoping that I can network with some people and show them my ideas on how to transform the average workout. In a span of 3 months I have transformed my body more then most people do in a matter of a year. I have been documenting my workouts, logging calories burned per workout, duration, exercise order and so on. I am excited to finally share the results of my findings with everyone. They are staggering! Like they say you cant always believe what you read. I find that for my body and those of the people who have done these workouts with me, they always grow, they are always sore and they feel great.

Anyhow that is my first blog post I will be coming back later today to post about my workout. Today I am doing Chest and Back as a touch up day. I just went 15days in a row without taking an off day so Sunday will be my off day. Monday it will be back to Legs my Fav!
